There seems to be a ground level above which I can't place water, so raised ponds, water in fountain basins, or ponds on hills, seem to be out. ![]() ![]() So far, I can place standing water, but only if I dig a hole. I think ive read that isnt possible yet but i'll try anyway. I would like to create landscape water features - streams, ponds, etc. I havent tried placing an elevated " ♥♥♥♥ " around a lake or pond yet but i will and then see if i can make some sort of waterfall or water that runs downhill. I havent changed the levels yet just tryed to break up the endless green perfectly flat terrain i have. Then using the lower tool again i just kept removing that same amount and the water id previously put in seemed to follow the tool filling in behind me. Intensity was like 50% so I got decent " divots " by a single left mouse click. I havent raised any ground when it comes to adding water, ive only lowered the flat starting terrain. Still only one layer of water? Did I read that right?ĮDIT: In retrospect that should give you multiple layers of water and as long as you don't "fill" the ground level it'd be a reasonable approximation.įor some reason my in game screenshots doesnt work. im makin ponds and rivers and all kinsa water now !! But you'd be raising areas of land to add the water wouldn't you? You wouldnt be able to have water at the "ground" level because it's technically below the water table. ![]() Originally posted by Dies Fourth:What i just did is lowered one area, as soon as i got some water in it I switched back to the lower terrain tool and just lowered all tyhe land around the water and it auto filled the newly lowered areas. ![]()
